Replacement Guidelines
Only an application for a defective or wrong item will be accepted for replacement. Please submit your application within seven days after receiving your item. The replacement process is as follows:
Take a photograph of the item in question. Email it to service@deluxefashion.com.tw with a description of the photograph and the condition of the item.
If the item meets our replacement criteria, please return the item as instructed. You must pay for any shipping cost that arises.
After the returned item is received and confirmed, we will send a correct/new item to you, and we will pay for the shipping.
